3. Client Responsbilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete information neccesary for service delivery. You are responsible for,
providing all content, images, and approvals in a timely manner
Managing your hosting, domain, or website post-project unless otherwise agreed
Ensuring payment for renewals(hosting/domain) before expiration dates
Delays caused by missing materials or lack of communication may result in project extensions or additional fees
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments for services are due according to the terms specified in your invoice or agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work or services for unpaid invoices.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. Domain registrations and hosting services are non-refundable once purchased, as they involve third-party providers.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All custom code, graphics, and content developed by Corporate Technologies & Solution remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client gains rights to use the website or deliverables for their intended purpose.
Third-party assets (e.g., plugins, fonts, stock images) are subject to their respective licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality, secure, and functional solutions. However, we are not liable for:
Losses or damages arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or third-party failures
SEO rankings, website traffic, or sales performance
Content provided by the client or third-party applications/plugins
Clients are encouraged to perform regular backups and security checks for hosted sites.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account or service for violation of these Terms, misuse, non-payment, or illegal activity. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide refunds.
8. Third-party Services
We may work with or link to third-party services (e.g., hosting platforms, registrars). Corporate Technologies & Solution is not responsible for their terms, performance, or policies. Users are encouraged to review those independently.
9. Changes to Terms
