All services are provided as per agreed scope, pricing, and timelines.
2. Service Agreement :
a. A service agreement or confirmation (written/email/quotation) is required before starting any project.
b. Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
c. Delays caused by incomplete information from the client will not be the responsibility of the company.
3. Pricing and Payments :
a. All services are charged as per the agreed pricing structure (monthly, yearly, or project-based).
b. Prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
c. Advance payment may be required before starting the service.
d. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Refund Policy :
a. Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
b. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only under special circumstances and at the company’s discretion.
c. No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing services.
5. Client Responsibilities :
The client agrees to:
a. Provide necessary content, credentials, and approvals on time.
b. Ensure that all provided materials (text, images, data) do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
c. Maintain confidentiality of login credentials shared with them.
6. Intellectual Property :
a. All deliverables (designs, content, websites) remain the property of Corporate Technologies and Solutions until full payment is received.
b. After full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
c. The company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
7. Third-Party Services :
a. Some services may depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers).
b. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or disruptions caused by these third parties.
8. Service Limitations :
a. Results from digital marketing (ads, SEO, social media) may vary and are not guaranteed.
b. The company does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
9. Termination of Services :
a. Either party may terminate services with prior notice (as per agreement).
b. No refunds will be issued upon termination once the service has started.
c. The company reserves the right to terminate services in case of misuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.
10. Data and Backup :
a. While we provide backup and restore services, clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
b. The company is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures.
11. Limitation of Liability :
Corporate Technologies and Solutions shall not be liable for:
a. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
b. Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
c. Delays or failures caused by external factors beyond our control.
12. Confidentiality :
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
13. Amendments :
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via our website or official communication channels.
14. Governing Law :
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
